WEDDING CATERING FAQs

Does WWFP cater weddings?

Yes! We are entering our seventh year of wedding catering and have loved every minute of it! We have served hundreds of couples saying “I do!” in the Northwest Arkansas area.

How far in advance should I book WWFP for my event?

The sooner the better, our schedule fills up fast! Please fill out our event request form as soon as you know the date of your event. Once we have corresponded and collected all your wedding details and a contract has been put together, your date is on temporary hold for one week. After a deposit of 30% of the total bill has been made and a contract signed, you’re officially booked!

How does it work?

You choose your service style and menu (pizzas, salads, breadsticks, and wood-fired appetizers, oh my!) and we handle everything else. When your day arrives, we roll up in our mobile truck 90 minutes before service and get to cooking. When it’s time for dinner, our staff will guide your guests through the menu, and fill their plates with a variety of wood-fired slices and any additional items. Once dinner service is complete, we box up any leftover pizzas and leave them with you so your guests can continue to snack throughout the night.

What is the footprint of your set up, how much space is required?

We require a level hard flat service. Driveways, streets and parking lots work best. If we are providing service inside the venue, close access to the buffet area is preferred to ensure expeditious service. We require guaranteed parking, to accommodate the following:

  • Length: 27ft

  • Height: 12ft

  • Width: 12ft

  • Weight: 14k

Additionally, we require the route to the venue be accessible for our mobile truck. Sorry, no winding Arkansas backroads, steep hills or valleys, and no parking in the grass.

What is included?

Simply, everything needed for food services!

  • For buffet-style service: two 8-foot folding tables, two black table cloths, signage, pizza pans, pie servers and disposable plates, napkins and plastic ware.

  • For walk-up service (100 guests or less, pizza only): disposable pizza boxes, napkins and plastic ware.

Wicked Wood Fired Pizza does not handle beverage service of any kind.

How far will you travel?

We like to stay within the Northwest Arkansas corridor, which extends roughly from West Fork to Bella Vista.

Do you require electricity?

We have a quiet generator and are happy to provide our own power. We appreciate an outlet in close proximity when convenient.

What if it rains?

We can still make pizzas in some challenging weather.  Rain contingencies are made if there is inclement weather in the forecast.
